the staff was friendly. i asked for extra milk, and they gave me tea, coffee and biscuits, because i had to check out before breakfast. the hotel is very clean.
room 110 had a low level machine hum. i could feel the vibration when i put my head on the pillow.

the staff really were polite and helpful, i thought. the bar was well stocked, and the barmaid was friendly. the lounge near the bar was always tidy and well maintained i thought. ample parking was available too.
the room was really hot, even with the radiator off, i just couldn't cool it down. when i opened the window, a broken downpipe outside sounded like water torture, really annoying. i booked a "king room", but it only had a double bed, i was not happy. the hotel presents itself as premium, but it isn't, to be honest.

The staff members were really helpful and friendly . The hotel provided a welcome gift box with a blanket, poo bag dispenser, tennis ball, and water bowl for my dog. A staff member showed us to the massive field behind the hotel, very convenient for playing with my dog. The hotel has two different delicious menus available in the bar areas, which allow dogs.
The barrier system in the car park was not easy to use alone.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary dinner here with many guests, about forty people. The food was excellent. It was a real highlight of the evening! Each dish was a masterpiece, and we were impressed by the quality and beautiful presentation of the meals. The grounds featured fine scenery, a perfect setting with beautiful surroundings. The staff was really good. They are real assets to the venue. They were really nice! We were grateful for their excellent service.

i adored the expansive room it offered such comfort. the bed provided restful sleep it was so soft. i also found the sunset views from my bedroom window fine it gave me a romantic feeling.
i noticed some areas could benefit from additional attention to detail in terms of cleanliness i saw a slight accumulation of dust.
